2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF LANDOWNERS
Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 1pm
The annual meeting of the landowners association was held at the American Legion, George Beach Post #4, 2124 Co Rd 54G, Fort Collins, CO 80524, 970-484-0418. Doors open at 11am and a buffet luncheon will open at 12noon. The official meeting will begin at 1pm.

Please note that the Sand Creek Park website is meant to be a social forum for information sharing, visiting and posting photos of our beautiful Sand Creek Park. It is not an official website for conducting Board of Directors business, although Board members do occasionally visit the site. Please mail your questions, concerns, address changes, and applications (such as architectural) to the post office box for a timely response. In addition, the board welcomes your phone calls and encourages you to visit our quarterly meetings.

SCPLOA board meetings are held Quarterly at Columbine Products, 400 S Summit View in Ft. Collins. The meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (19:00) in January, April, July, and October. Board meeting schedule is subject to change and should be confirmed with Association Secretary prior to attending.
